Caroline Fiegen was
born into a family where sports were a way of life not just
a past time. This way of life quickly became her passion.
Caroline started playing basketball and softball at the age
of 6. Her abilities developed and progressed over the years
which led her to excel in Volleyball, Cross Country, Basketball,
Softball, Track and Field and Tennis in High School. In the
18 and under AAU Nationals, her team the Arizona Elite won
the National Title. From there she took her game to the next
level by accepting a full ride Scholarship to Weber State
University. A twist of fate in the form of a knee injury turned
her athletic career into pursuing and exposing her other athletic
abilities. During the next 3 years and 5 knee surgeries, she
excelled in sports while undergoing rigorous physical therapy.
During this time she went on to place 4th in the Big Sky conference
Championships in Javelin throwing before accepting a Full
Ride Scholarship from the Women’s Rowing Team at San
Diego State University.
Today Caroline’s experience
has brought her to understand many different methods of training
from weight lifting techniques, workout programs and styles
to different fitness methods. She has an open mind and puts
a huge emphasis on understanding people’s individual
goals and catering to different personalities in order to
assist in their success.
