Shawdee Ghavimi is an avid runner who is a teacher by day and runner by night. As a child, she was always involved in a variety of sports, but running became her passion much later in life. She tackled her first 10k in 1997 and hasn’t stopped running since. Each year with more and more training and more and more determination she has set bigger and better goals culminating in her first marathon in 2007. Her passion for running is felt by all she encounters and is why she is the perfect coach for running boot camp. She is certified in the EZ8 running program and practices chi running in her training. Her outgoing personality, positive attitude, and motivational teaching style will help to push you to be the runner you both know you can be!
